Glass moulded in the traditional way is shaped by hand or in a special hand made mould which gives unique artistic effect. Glass like this can be made in a clear or tinted finish. This kind of glass combined with other materials such as stone or bronze cast is a very interesting combination.

Water jet cutting

Water jet cutting gives us unlimited possibilities when glass cutting. We can cut any shape in any glass thickness, usually 4-50mm. Glass cut in any desired shape is decoration on it’s own in your statuette, but usually we process it further. We grind and polish all edges to give it a nice finish and smart look. We can also process glass using thermal treatment where a high temperature melts it and all edges soften and round off. It works best for all elements which are hard to grind. Using water jet cutting on metal is just as effective as it is on glass.

Multi layer engraving

Tinted engraving inside glass also deserves special attention. It can be done on one layer or many layers where we can build multi planned dimensions. As a standard, each individual colour is made on separate layers. If there is a few colours in one engraving, than we need a little help of extended variant of full colour engraving.
